Telephone system is archaic

Everything about my visit was great. The only issue I have is with your phone system. It is very difficult at times to find the group you need. There's way too many options. There should just be direct numbers to the colorectal group. You shouldn't have to go through a lot of various levels to get to be able to talk to them.
