BARBARA WICKHAM WAS THE PERFECT FIT FOR ME. SHE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS, IS FAVORABLE TOWARD ALTERNATIVE HEALTH CARE, WHICH HAS BEEN A HUGE PART OF MY HEALTH REGAMIN FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS AND KEPT MY BODY IN GOOD HEALTH OVER ALL. I WILL BE WITH BARBARA FROM NOW ON. YEAH!!!!!!

I've had four prior visits to this facility and this was the first that I was able to see my primary NP. It appears that all the info from those prior visits were never shared with my primary NP. I had to update her on recent xray and ultrasound test. Mychart is a nice feature, however there is no feedback or one on one conversation to discuss further options.

I felt very comfortable discussing my health with my provider.

First time seeing this provider and was very pleased that she was open to some alternative things I have done the last year. Didn’t push any drugs on me that most providers will do!

This was the best new patient experience I’ve ever had

I was informed the doctor was 20 minutes late. When I arrived told them I would leave if it was longer than then they put me in a room and I waited for 45 minutes before the doctor arrived. I was not happy so I had no questions for the doctor because I had to get out of there.

Appointment was delayed by one hour......a little.too long to wait in the exam.room

FNP Barbara Wickham is terrific. She listens carefully to what I have to say about any health issues I bring up and she offers expert advice. She is also very easy to talk to and obviously cares about her patients.

This was my second visit to this office, the office is spotless, checking in was effortless, everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional.

After Barbara discussed the test results with me, I felt reassured and knew what things I could do to hopefully improve my health issues. I did not see the Dr until 55 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I waited in an exam room for 30 minutes.
