My wife and I are so happy we found Dr. Girard as our primary physician. His expertise, personal approach and true interest in the well being of his patients is to be commended. We never feel our time with him is rushed or a superficial analysis of our blood work or physical. Every visit is always a great experience

They remind me prior to the visit and allow me to fill out an online questionnaire prior to arrival. Check in on time and quickly get me in the exam room. Nurse comes in and asks questions and takes BP. Dr then comes in and we discuss the current situation. Pretty choreographed and easy.

When lived in NVA my doctor was part of the INOVA system and when I moved to Oak Island I did not think I could find a doctor like him who I trusted with my health. Well I did find a doctor in the NOVANT system I trust just as much as my former doctor. Dr.Girard took care of me, he was upbeat, and I felt cared for when walked to my car. I experienced absolutely no wait time. I walked in, Identified myself and was immediately let in to the office. The every member of the staff was excellent. Dr. Girard is an excellent provider. He is patient, listens to my concerns, gives great advice, performs an exam, prescribes medication and explains what to expect and what to do if expectations are not met. The phlebotomist was outstanding. Pleasant, efficient, easy to speak with and had a manic touch, I never felt a thing. Over all a very good experience. Please keep up the excellent work Remember, it's not broke so don't fix it.
