They remind me prior to the visit and allow me to fill out an online questionnaire prior to arrival. Check in on time and quickly get me in the exam room. Nurse comes in and asks questions and takes BP. Dr then comes in and we discuss the current situation. Pretty choreographed and easy.

The phlebotomist was outstanding. Pleasant, efficient, easy to speak with and had a manic touch, I never felt a thing. Over all a very good experience.
