As a view for all the employees I deal with, everyone is great! No complaints!

Dan was through, explained everything well and answered all my questions. He followed up quickly with tests results and referrals. And had great bedside manner also.

There is not enough space to say everything because from the minute I walk in there I am treated like a VIP, never have to wait more then 5 min to be seen and EVERYONE has smiles on there faces and treats me so special and when Daniel comes in ALWAYS with a smile and treats me with courtesy and respect the whole time I’m there, he never ever rushes me and treats me like I was his only pt all day, he’s SO SPECIAL and a VERY SMART man thank you to all the staff and thank you Novant you have to be so proud of your staff it’s a hard job but they make it look so easy God bless all of you

Daniel McKearney gave me excellent care. He was also friendly and personable, and I felt like I was in competent hands with him. I felt that that his ordering a chest X-ray to rule out any pneumonia was an indication of his thoroughness and concern that I was given the right Rx if necessary. He also kept his word that he would have his staff call me with my radiology test results as I am having problems using My Chart since it added the new level of security. I greatly appreciated that.

However my My recent visit at Novant Health Village wake forest was no less than fantastic. It blew away my expectations. I was actually seen on time, and the team that processed my onboarding were warm and welcoming. Ur the highlight of my i visit had to be. My consult with my assigned PA, Dan. We hit it off immediately and he was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Daniel & this family care office to anyone seeking out a primary care provider.

At time of arrival reception was well attended,….Needs and Care were met, he was thorough, caring, listened, showed concern about my health,& suggest I do more visits examinations which I appreciated very much… hoping the care from Novant continues exactly as it did..I didn’t feel rushed even though it was the end of day..Check out was attentive and treated with respect…visit cost could be a little cheaper considering self pay..Thank You..long time patient (I have seen Great Improvement over the years) Good Job
