I love Regina ❤️ she is the best !!!@

I hadn’t seen Regina in 2 years. She remembered my kids, what I did for work, and asked me about both. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and got me back to work within 25 minutes of my appointment time. Probably the most pleasant medical appointment I have experienced in my adult life. Couldn’t be more pleased with everything and everyone at Novant Derm in Huntersville.

However, unlike other appointments, there was no one accompanying the doctor yesterday except for one person giving me a gown for this visit.

Regina at north lake dermatology is the light at the end of the tunnel that we all look for, health malfunctions can be scary and her energy levels out the imbalances of it all.

When I scheduled the appointment it was about three months out but the feature in the app to tell you if sooner appointment was available got me in much sooner. I really appreciate that feature. The staff was amazing. Regina listened, created a plan for me and answered all my questions. I have enjoyed having Regina as my dermatologist.

Everything was great except for my prescription. I asked for it to go to Avalon Pharmacy and it was sent to Walgreens instead. Other than that, everything was just wonderful.

This was one, if not, the best medical appointment I’ve ever had! The office staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. My provider was amazing! She explained everything she was doing as she checked my skin head to toe. Innocent bumps were explained thoroughly and the two concerns I had were diagnosed immediately with medicines that will fix the problems. She and her colleague were on time and stock their time needed for a full exam - no rushing. My provider finished and her assistant went over a few things to confirm everything. I have already referred a colleague to this office. I’m beyond impressed and will be their patient for years to come!

I cannot say enough good things about Regina Plohal. I was extremely lucky to get an appointment quickly because I have an acute problem. Ms. Plohal recognized my distress and severity and quickly discussed and explained the potential diagnoses and next steps. She proceeded with a purposeful and serious treatment to address my problem and took biopsies to confirm the exact issue. I will return to her for removal of stitches and to proceed with the best course of action when the lab results are received. I honestly feel very grateful for her medical expertise, customer orientation to my serious problem, and giving me just what I needed to move forward. I appreciate her immensely.

The team at Northlake dermatology was incredible! Thank you for helping me find my way back to the healthcare I need and deserve as I have come out as nonbinary.

Regina Plohal is THE best! She is always prompt. I have never waited in the exam room more than two minutes before she was in to see me. The appointment is never rushed. She really listens to me and I trust her medical recommendations. I work in the medical field and I notice dirty counters and dirty floors. This office is always spotless even at the end of the day!
