Need more MD Providers. No new patient appointments!! Can’t refer friends and family to this practice cuz no new patient appointments with physicians and just a few apts open with mid level providers. But people want physicians. You need to employ more “doctors” to meet the demands/needs of our area.

Well, I first sent a message through the request an appointment portal, and utilized the send a message. I explained I had experienced lower left abdominal pain. I got no response, so after a few days I sent another message to customer support explaining what I did. A couple of days I got a response that I need to send the same message through the medical question portal. Once I did this, I an happy to report I got an immediate reply and was able to see the doctor the very next day. This however was a week after my initial request. Perhaps there is a glitch in the schedule an appointment portal when you actually do not send a request but utilize the send the message within this portal. I only say this because I nerves got a response to my initial sent message, and goy an immediate response utilizing the other portal, that being the medical question option.

The young man making the appts did not dismiss my med concerns with an off the cuff answer. He asked to put me on hold to check with the nurse and Dr so I would have the correct information as to how to proceed. Everyone was very patient and compassionate.
