The medical staff at this location in Pfafftown are the most awesome team. They provide great service and care about how I feel. And took time to answer all my questions and concerns. I tell all my friends to go there. I'm given respect and feel that they actually care about my well being! After I raved about my visit my daughter made her an appt.

While I was working next door at the restaurant I was stung on the hand by a bee. In the past this was a life-threatening thing and I was not sure how my body would react to the bee sting so I went next door to the office. They immediately understood the seriousness of my concern and proceeded to do the examination. As I have had bad reactions in the past I was concerned I would go into anaphylactic shock. This heightened my anxiety and my blood pressure was outside my normal range. The nurse was great and kept me calm explaining to me my treatment options. I was injected with a large dose of Benadryl and did not experience any further reactions. Had I been treated with an EpiPen I would be required to go to the hospital to be monitored. After about a half an hour it was agreed on that I could go back to work next door and finish up. I have had several bad experiences with ER doctors throughout my life and this was one of the best ever. Although this was not an urgent care facility they knew it was urgent and took me in and solved the problem. I can't thank you enough so thank you very much. Peace

Miss Stephany was very knowledgeable and was very informative regarding my condition.

Stephanie was very thorough and asked extensive questions and came up with solutions. Melissa called me at home to inform me of a cancellation and I took the earlier time.

As always, they are all very good with my special needs son, Nolan. That means so much as a parent. Thanks for all you do.

Doctor Stephanie was awesome. She is one of a very few people in the medical providers that I do trust. I thankmy Lird abd Savior that I found her. I explained to her what was going on and higher we laid out a plan. I never thought I would be able to find a provider like my last one. God is good. Stephanie thanks for being there. You are awesome.

Going to the Doctors office is never fun but this facility makes it as pleasant as possible, from talking on the phone to make an appointment or just getting any information on my wellbeing they are excellent. From the doctor to the nurses and the nurse practitioner they are always professional, courteous and caring, I couldn’t ask for a better care team

I have a chronic illness where I have at least one appt every other week, it’s rare to find such a good provider. she made me feel heard and cared for! Thank you.

The medical staff work as a team. I felt comfortable discussing my personal health issues and had answers and protocol to achieve my goals.

The visit did not feel her age. Brenda and Stephanie both took a great deal of time and answered questions and were helpful. Stephanie was encouraging while pointed about health concerns. There’s a problem with my prescription Melissa, Brenda and Stephanie. I’ll make sure that it got fixed quickly and were very patient going above and beyond
