New patient. Love the check in lady that calls me “friend”. The doctor made sure all of my questions & concerns were answered. The medical professional who checked me in was nice too. I had to return the next day for labs and I liked the lab girl too. Very friendly, inviting vibe in this office! Happy I found them .

Dr. Burns was able to see me on short notice but in spite of that was very prepared for my visit. She was extremely personable and professional. This was my first time meeting her and it was overall a great experience.

While service received was quite satisfying...the appeared to be quite busy and understaffed.

From the first phone call until I left the body I was treated with the absolute most kindness and respect. It was my first time at this office so I was a bit nervous but I felt like I had known them forever when I left. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Burns came highly recommended and I am beyond thankful she was able to take me as a new patient. She was not only kind but she truly listened and addressed every concern I had. She made me feel so comfortable and not rushed at all. I’m very happy I have found this amazing group to support my care! Would rate them 100 stars if I could!

Dr. Burns was absolutely amazing! She took the time to really listen to me. Sometimes doctors can seem to be in a rush and just try to be in and out. That was not the case with Dr. Burns. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had.

Dr. Burns takes her time with her patients, and listens intently. She looks at the patient, not the computer or chart. I am very pleased with Dr. Burns.

Everyone in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful. What a wonderful office to do work with. They should train the people in Massachusetts who have no people skills whatsoever.
