Ben is the Man! He sat down. We talked. He did not seem like he was in a rush. Very knowledgeable and likable. He confirmed why I sought him out after leaving North Star. I have been looking for a trusted medical advisor since we moved here in 2018, search is over.

We have used Northern Family Medical for our primary care for around 15 years. We continue to rely on them because the providers we have seen there listen to you. Never once have I felt rushed that I was taking too much of the provider’s time. I honestly feel they take the time to see you as a person and not just as a patient.

He is friendly, compassionate, listens intently and has good practical knowledge and wisdom in today’s modern medical environment. He looks at me and talks to me I to I and doesn’t have his eyes glued on a screen just to check boxes. He asks about my family and my business. You have a great PA there and are lucky to have him on your staff.
