I had an issue with “2” road closures and the team worked with me - when I was there I still was not rushed and felt I was listened to by my PA - Courtney!!

The new nurse practitioner I saw was a very please well inform pleasant an made me feel like she really cared personally about my care very happy experience

Would have been better if I seen the Dr. Instead of being seen diagnosed, then given another appointment to see the Dr. Who dose the procedure.

Dr. Courtney Powell is an excellent physician, very pleasant and kind.

Courtney Powell is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. She asked detailed questions to learn my symptoms and then offer solutions. She is personable and friendly.

Courtney Powell could not have been more caring and professional. She listened to all of my concerns with compassion and understanding. She prescribed the medicine I needed to resolve my issue and ordered an X-ray to ensure that I did not have pneumonia. I felt respected and treated extremely well. I would be comfortable being seen by Mrs, Powell when I could not see Dr. McCrea.

I live about 30 miles away and Charlotte is hard for me at my age. I have gotten doctors closest to me. Courtney Powell is the one that I have kept in Charlotte. As long as I am able to go to Charlotte this is the one doctor that I will keep. I have all the confidence in the world in her.

I accidentally missed my appointment time which was distressing however when I called about it the office rescheduled immediately for the same Day which was appreciated.

It seems the medical profession has lost a personal touch, that it is simply a business as opposed to a caring institution. When I started with Novant with Dr. Marsoni, I felt there was a personal concern about my health issue. Now I feel I am a “ get her in/get her out” customer.

This particular appt was great. Provider was awesome. My lower responses are due to having multiple appts over multiple months either being canceled by ya'll or one where I waited over an hour and I was told it could be 25 more minutes. This problem with appts caused me to run out of multiple meds and was unable to fill until I came in.

This was a routine follow-up appointment. I have been working with Courtney Powell for the past couple of years. She tried a number of things to get rid of my chronic cough. I’m happy to report that the cough has been gone for several months! I appreciate her diligence in finding the key to my problem. We both celebrate this health victory !

She is just wonderful, caring and very professional. Answered all my questions and even advised me that one of my medications could be detrimental to my health. She advised me to seek out two specialists to have this issue checked out. Left her office knowing I am in good hands with her as my doctor.

Can’t say enough bout this place. Everyone seems to know their job and they do it. This gets us in and out faster. No standing around talking and trying to look busy. Won’t go anywhere but here if have choice.

Would have liked more info prior to being admitted, but from the moment I arrived at the hospital I was most impressed by all the staff...very professional and caring!

I was treated by Mrs. Powell with courtesy, kindness and respect. In addition, she went the extra mile to get me approved for an oxygen concentrator. I would give an 11 out of 10! The nurse that did my walk test and initial vitals was great also.
