This was the first time I met this PA & I loved how she wanted to know a little bit about me since it was the first time we met. I felt like she really cared about what I had to say you don’t get that too much nowadays.

The staff is really nice here and I felt like I was home.

Excellent service

I liked Brooke-she listened and did what was necessary for my care. I already got calls today for the issues I want to check out. I also liked the nurse who did my vitals and the lady who checked me in and out.

Brooke Falstreau was very thorough and listened well during my appointment. She is kind, personable and considerate.

The clinic is run by Dr Sherry Ryter-Brown who is my primary caretaker. She is fantastic and surrounds herself with real professionals.

Brooke is outstanding! And very caring and answered all my questions and treated my symptoms and put me on the road to recovery.

My wife and I are very happy with Pineview Family medicine, the staff are always helpful and we trust them for our medical needs.

The only issue was my blood draw, the tech didn’t check my veins first, just came at me with a needle that I had concerns with. I have always been a difficult draw. I told her I was concerned that needle was too big, she proceeded to draw the blood brushing aside my concern. She was successful, however, I was left with a large bruise and the vein being swollen!

I saw Brooke Falstreau and she is fantastic. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, professional and in my estimation, precisely what any provider should aspire to be.
