Dr Reyes, was exceptional, in the way he explained thy diagnosis , and his treatment plan. He answered all of my questions. Very kind and patient. All the staff was professional and kind.

I was very pleased with the care that I received in Dr. Reyes' office. Everyone was friendly and responsive to my needs. Dr. Reyes had an emergency to attend to at the same time as my appointment but he talked with me and told me the plan of care and I felt like he cared about me and understood my needs. If I ever have to have surgery again, I would see Dr. Reyes.

There were delays in my medical certification which is/was stressful.

There is no way you can improve on the care that I received! From the receptionist, doctor, nurse, and assistants. Everyone helped in making me feel comfortable and they answered all my questions. Would recommend them to anyone needing help.

Everyone in this practice is extremely kind and courteous. I have been in a few times and every time I am greeted with a smile on the front desk to the back I enjoy coming to this office. It is always a pleasant experience.

Doctor Reyes and his team were great! I felt confident after meeting them that they would take care of me treating me successfully with my upcoming surgery. The nurse also gave me her contact information in the event I have any issues prior to my surgery which gave me peace of mind.

Nothing. The situation was handled promptly with very qualified people.

Tried to reschedule a surgery date. Left two messages with the scheduler who never called me back to change the date. Very disappointing.

Very efficient staff and doctor. Dr Reyes was excellent with my diagnosis and suggested treatment. He explained the entire procedure to my wife and I.

Friendly environment

Just felt somewhat rushed by the doctor. The staff was great. I definitely thought he rushed us a bit. But l do like him & rust him?!!!
