Dr Jacobson is a genuinely compassionate, yet knowledgeable doctor. He made me feel very comfortable even though he had to examine my ugly feet. He's the best!

My experience was nothing short of phenomenal! Dr. Jacobson was kind, compassionate, and extraordinarily thorough. He identified my problem quickly and provided helpful and realistic options for treating my broken toe all with a smile on his face! His entire care team was wonderful, starting with the front office staff, x-ray technician, and his amazing athletic trainer, Megan, who helped me feel so comfortable leaving the office to continue my recovery at home. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the Charlotte region who is looking for exceptional orthopedic care from an incredibly caring doctor and team!

Excellent Surgeon. Great "bedside manner" Was a difficult surgery as crushed ankle. "All the King's horses and all the King's men.., Couldn't put me back together, but Dr. Jacobson did". Megan at clinic is very caring, and urged me to call for any concerns.

Dr. Jacobson was great. I was very nervous about what my future would be like with my foot. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me an honest positive plan for moving forward. My pain was eased by his attitude and willingness to move ve forward with doable treatment. Megan, the nurse, was exceptional as well and made me feel as if I had a team working with me rather than just an individual. Exceptional from beginning to end and I am very thankful for the whole team's response to my issues!

Dr Jacobson was kind and caring, and made me feel comfortable. Even though I was there because of a broken bone, he made me feel optimistic about my care plan. It was a great visit.

To be perfectly honest, I couldn't have had a better experience. I was able to get an appointment by scheduling online in less than 24hrs !! Everyone there including the receptionists were terrific. The facility was clean, and neatly organized. The Dr explained the seriousness of my condition, and even showed & explained my x-rays.
