Everyone from making my appointment to coming to my appointment we're very nice and helpful and courteous. The doctor was very caring and did his best to my knowledge and answered every question I have and gave me an answer to resolve the problem.

Dr. Jacobson was great. I was very nervous about what my future would be like with my foot. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me an honest positive plan for moving forward. My pain was eased by his attitude and willingness to move ve forward with doable treatment. Megan, the nurse, was exceptional as well and made me feel as if I had a team working with me rather than just an individual. Exceptional from beginning to end and I am very thankful for the whole team's response to my issues!

Dr Jacobson was kind and caring, and made me feel comfortable. Even though I was there because of a broken bone, he made me feel optimistic about my care plan. It was a great visit.

To be perfectly honest, I couldn't have had a better experience. I was able to get an appointment by scheduling online in less than 24hrs !! Everyone there including the receptionists were terrific. The facility was clean, and neatly organized. The Dr explained the seriousness of my condition, and even showed & explained my x-rays.

I was very impressed with the staff, nurses and doctor yesterday. They were all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Jacobson took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and the steps I need to take in order to regain strength and mobility in my foot. I will continue my treatment with Dr. Jacobson and feel 100% confident that he will do whatever it takes to make sure I heal properly. This facility is awesome!

First time seeing this healthcare provider. He was very kind, considerate, he seemed to listen to what I had to say. I've had problems with this ankle for 3 years at least and I've had it x-rayed twice before at different facilities but no one else x-rated it while weight-bearing. I felt like he knew more about what was going on then the others that have seen before about it. I was very pleased with my treatment in his office.
