Dr. Holt really listens to questions, suggestions and any concerns. I love that I can reach out to her with a question through the medical portal, and I always get a response within 24 hours. She has a very nice personality.

She is the most prompt Dr I've had the pleasure of seeing. Most Dr's either don't care or feel that retired patients think it's OK to keep them waiting for up to 2 hrs. I NEVER keep a Dr that doesn't respect my time as much I their's. Dr Holt has that respect. I will keep her for as long as I live here. She is a special Dr.

One issue. I needed labs to confirm diagnosis after this call. I set up the appointment via the primary care liaison. When I arrived for the appointment they could not find me in the system. I left the sample anyway and hope for the best but will be super annoyed if I have to go back a second time.

Got the print outs and next appt times just as if Dr Holt was in the bldg. She is so dedicated to her patients
