Dr John is a good Doctor

This was my first time to this doctor and this office I was apprehensive but when I left I felt very comfortable

My appointment with the doctor made me comfortable and confident that my healthcare would be addressed and handled.

Best experience ever!!

I enjoyed going in to the office, everyone was courteous and friendly. Everyone was busy and looked like they enjoyed working there, together.

Dr Fani Srour is one of my favorites because he gives you straight answers. I always know what is happening with my heart. He is very kind and considerate. I am fortunate to have him for my Dr. I think all the people who work in the office are really pleasant and considerate of others. Nice office.

Dr J Fani Srour is the best! Saw him five years ago. Did not need cardiologist again until now. Had to come back. Great care, compassion and knowledge! Highly recommend!

After speaking with the doctor, my mind was at ease. He assured me that what I experienced is something that happens to most people but, if I had any other questions or concerns, to call back. He advised me of when I should be concerned. The doctor's assistant was very nice and professional. She remembered me from my last visit. She took the time to listen to me and my concerns. Unfortunately it is not very often that you meet such a compassionate provider as Dr. John Fani Srour. He is very kind and he gained my confidence as the appointment went forward. I was impressed with his ability to convey the information about my situation to my level of understanding.

The blood test at Lab Core after the doctors visit was a real pain as usual! They are very disorganized and absolutely tore both of my arms and hands up to get their one vile of blood. They finally had to get a second technician to complete the task. As a comparison the following day at Atrium Labs the Technician got their blood first try with no pain. My arms and hands were so bruised that the Atrium Technician ask me who had been besting me.

Dr Srour had a very personalized approach to my care. I felt that he was 100 percent listening to, and interested to my concerns. I have already recommended him to one of my closest friends.

This was an unscheduled emergency visit. The entire staff was extremely nice, listened to all my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what was happening. In a time of medical distress, I felt at ease in the care of this facility and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cardiologist!

My visit with Dr. J Srour on March 6, 2024 was very informative as usual very respectful to me explained everything to me. Dr Srour is always so attentive, I always feel I am in great hands. Also his nurse Regina I have to say is the best the most attentive, personable human being I have ever met. She listens to every word I say, and she certainly makes me feel so comfortable. She is so knowledgeable. It’s a great practice and a wonderful office.

My routine visits are always on time and Dr Srour’s assistant is especially kind and personable. I have recommended Dr Srour to a few of my friends already.

Dr John was excellent! He was very informative and confident/knowledgeable in his advice. I was scared/nervous and he was forthcoming but gentle. He explained things to me that I was not aware of. I'm not happy I needed this appt but since I did, I'm glad it was with Dr John. The visual explanation was the best. He was patient and thorough. He didn't rush me, he made me feel important and worth his time. I had to drive over 30mins from Salisbury but it was worth the drive. Thank you for having Dr John on board at Novant! I pray Dr John doesn't change and keep caring about people! Dr John Rocks!
