I learned I had lymphoma on 4/30. I was referred by my ENT and contacted for an appointment on 5/1. I was able to see Dr Aryal in about an hour at 3:00. He was well versed in my reports, asked appropriate questions and did an excellent job of explaining what he knew about my pathology reports to that point. He was able to arrange for my ENT to remove a lymph node on 5/3 to get the more detailed pathology that was needed, order a PET scan, an echocardiogram and a portacath. I’m sure the staff handled most of this but I felt Dr Aryal was on top of what was needed to address any potential treatment needs I might have. I was impressed.

Dr. Aryal is very professional and he really listens to the patient and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. The staff from the front desk until I reach my room was very courteous and attentive to my needs.

The doctor was not familiar with my needs. Reading recommendations from google is something I can do for myself.

Staff people not particularly friendly or compassionate (esp for a cancer clinic.) I left this appointment with no more information/explanation regarding my abnormal blood results than I previously received from my primary doctor.

Everyone I encountered was pleasant, respectful and understanding of what my needs were. Allowing my daughter to stay with me helped the whole process go by faster.

I want to commend the staff, they let you know that if you need anything from a warm blanket to an answer about your medication. They encourage the patients to meet each other and chat, thus creating a better atmosphere.
