All of your staff was very professional at all times, the provider was very knowable to the problems I had with my Cpap machine and ordered me a new machine. She did an outstanding job explaining the reason why if you need to use the equipment daily.

Why do you have to wait so long to see your doctor. If you have an appointment with your doctor they should not tell you that you have to change your appointment. For two months before you see them.

I have had issues with my CPAP machine, and she told me that I needed a new machine, and I knew it was time to replace it,especially with the issues I was having with it. Vickie helped me with the process of getting a new machine, and told me I was doing a great job on my machine. She shared my information that she received from Apria Health Care.

Vicky is ALWAYS BETTER PREPARED than any Doctor/PA I go to!!!!! She studies and writes out my history the night before so she is prepared. Also, she is there most friendly person i go too. And the nurse was so friendly and helpful. I loved both!

Thank you for listening, staying on topic, and making things “common sense”. I felt like we stayed on task and addressed the immediate needs. There was trust or at least benefit of the doubt given. It’s harder to find that respect from most “physicians “ these days. Talking down to patients, oozing self righteousness instead of compassion. I really left impressed with my provider.
