Everyone, from the nurse who checked me in, to the nurse who took my blood pressure, etc, to my doctor, was super nice, courteous, professional, thorough, & caring. I had such a pleasant visit on Thursday. I'm so very impressed with the staff I encountered on my visit. I want to go there for all my heart & Vascular appointments.

Stephanie was warm,inviting and very knowledgeable. She explained the US results with me. The question why my vision went completely blurry was never answered. Pretty concerning. Otherwise all good with this visit

Stephanie and her assistant were amazing. The assistant listened to my questions and relayed them to Stephanie so that when Stephanie came into the treatment room she was informed and ready to answer my questions (even if I forgot)! Assistants need to ensure the PAs have the tools/supplies readily available for their use with patients. Great teamwork, beside manner and explaining the treatment and procedures. Stephanie really made me feel confident, respected and appreciated. Warm, courteous and friendly welcome from the receptionist staff.

It was very discouraging how after what I thought was a good first visit towards taking care of my problem later in the day I got a call basically saying that due to my weight there were unable to do an exam and that I should focus on losing the weight and perhaps looks for other providers who can do the exam. For such a large medical company with so many resources it certainly felt like the bare minimum was done to help me and rather than working to find a solution you rushed to let me know there was nothing further you could do. I will now look elsewhere as I definitely don't trust this facility anymore to take care of my health problem

Everything was good and they were very sufficient

Above and beyond. My severely disabled husband completed his 11:00 a.m. ultrasound appointment and, instead of his having to wait for his 1:00 p.m. appointment, everyone worked together and Stephanie took him right on in, despite that time being her scheduled lunch break. I haven't seen greater compassion, professionalism and clear communication than at Novant in decades. Thank you so very much!
