Aug 2024There was confusion at the end of my appointment. The doctor exited the room and closed the door behind him which led me to believe that I was to wait for a nurse to come with paperwork, further instructions , show us out - something. After 10-15 minutes I came out to ask who it was I was waiting on but was instructed to just go to check out so it was extremely frustrating that I had sat around waiting for nothing. Everything else about our appointment and experience was top notch and I very much enjoyed meeting Dr. Bean.
