Guest services and amenities
Parking is free. If you arrive after the main lobby closes, check in at the emergency room.
If needed, we offer curbside pick-up and drop-off to help you out of your vehicle and guide you to your destination.
The gift shop is in the main lobby. It offers books, magazines, flowers, candy, baby gifts and more. Call for hours; you can shop online 24/7.
- Café Rowan, the cafeteria, is in the main lobby.
- Vending machines are in the main lobby, emergency department, Wilson L. Smith Outpatient Center, and Smith Heart and Vascular.
You can request a security escort to and from the parking lot (available 24/7) by calling the main hospital contact number.
We recommend you leave all valuables at home.
Weapons, drugs and alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Novant Health property.

Tobacco-free campus
Smoking, e-cigarettes and the use of tobacco products are prohibited anywhere on Novant Health facilities, including sidewalks, parking structures and inside vehicles parked or driving through campus.
