Throughout our program, you'll have ample opportunity to pursue your interests. You will complete shadowing and rotations at each of our Charlotte-area hospitals, as well as project-based work at one or more locations.

Novant Health does not currently participate in the National Council of Administrative Fellowship (NCAF) application process and timeline.

Program preceptor
The preceptor for the Greater Charlotte Market program is Saad Ehtisham, president of the Novant Health Greater Charlotte Market, Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center and Novant Health Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital.
