Dr. Ward is a unicorn of a physician. He’s patient, thorough, and doesn’t rush you, ensuring all of your concerns are addressed. His nurse had excellent bedside manners. The phlebotomist was and has consistently been EXCELLENT. He’s a consummate professional and has made me less anxious about that process. I’ve referred many friends to this practice specifically because of Dr. Ward and his phlebotomist.
