I met with Physician Assistant Ashley on day three of a possible/probable snake bite. She was so professional and caring. After a thorough checkup including calling poison control, Ashley had me taken to the ER for further tests and consultation. I knew I was being taken care by experts in their fields.

Ashley was very nice and knew exactly what my problem was !! She was very honest with my problem and I asked her about another problem I have and we discussed it !! She or the nurse called me back on Friday with the test results of my Uric Acid level. I saw Ashley on Thursday and got the results on Friday. I’ve always had to wait till the results came back by mail.

Ashley Lowe is superb. She listens, asks appropriate questions and gives professional advice or suggestions. Never rushes and always asks is there anything else you need or want to discuss.

As of today I never had a bad visit , everyone is respectful, nice, kind.

The front desk ladies were awesome and very helpful and kind. The lab personnel were excellent also and the blood taking was pain free and hardly felt the stick. All had a smile and were courteous and I felt very positive with everything. Thank you for the excellent personnel!

Ashley is incredible! My daughter and I switched from the primary care physician we'd had since we moved to Charlotte in 2008 to Ashley because of the care I watched her provide my mother. Ashley shows so much respect for each individual and treats you like you're part of her family. You feel the geniuneness in how she listens and talks to you. Her tone, facial expressions and body gestures. Most importantly, she gets the health issue solved fast. I've been leading customer service teams for over 30 years for big corporations so I know good customer service when I see and feel it. Unfortunately you don't always get that in a doctor; not bad, but not outstanding like Ashley. I'm so glad I chose her.

I couldn’t get an appointment with my doctor so I saw a nurse practitioner. I was fortunate that it went well because in today’s world when you ask to see a doctor you are often told you will have to see an NP or PA. Sometimes I wonder what it means to have a primary care doctor when appointments with them are so hard to get, needing to be scheduled months ahead. Everywhere you go you’re asked who your primary care doctor is but it’s more a staff than an individual. Healthcare has gotten hard to understand while being costly at the same time. NP Ashley was very patient and professional and I felt good about the care I got.

Both my wife and I were very impressed with the treatment I received, on a last minute scheduled appointment. We met with Ashley and she made sure that we had quick tests and culture tests for my sore throat, she talked through what the prognosis would be if one thing was diagnosed over another, or if the issue turned out to be more common. She took time to chat, even though we aren't her regular patients. Ashley kept me abreast of what to do via MyChart, and now I'm on the mend. She went out of her way to make sure I had a note for work too, so i wouldn't infect my coworkers. Most awesome visit!
