My visits at this facility are always good. From the front desk people to the CNA's, nurses, my PA. I have never had a bad experience here. Excellent care, especially when I'm not feeling well. ?

Katy Johnson made me feel my concerns were valid and addressed them professionally. She went above and beyond to make me feel heard and formulate a plan on how to move forward. Katy my PA is excellent along with her nurse Carrie! I have found over the time I have come to Novant Oceanside, the front desk check in people are not very friendly or tired or whiny. No one smiles or takes pride in their job. They are your frontline, they are your customer service for those not feeling well. A smile or act of a compliment or kind word goes a lot further than a conversation between colleagues of how tired they are.

My whole experience was top notch. I appreciate how kind everyone was.
