This was my best experience with a doctor in a while

It's always a pleasure to visit my doctor's office. I am so glad this is my place for healthcare.

Dr. Johnson is a rare, refreshing person and physician that will listen to your health concerns, give you options, let you decide your treatment (we as patients make wrong decisions sometimes, guilty), will advise and give knowledgable information on treatment you selected. If you're looking for a physician that truly cares about his patients Dr. Sean Johnson is the person you need to see.

The receptionist was extremely professional and she was ready to help with my check in process. Dr. Johnson as always went over my information thoroughly and listened to my concerns. His feedback and responses are genuine. As I checked out and scheduled my follow up appointment a different young lady helped with that process and her customer service was flawless.

Dr. Johnson is a good physician that seems truly concerned about ensuring that his patients medical needs are successfully addressed. He takes time to fully explain, why he is recommending a specific medication or treatment option.

The doctor was not friendly and he came off like he was bothered. He seemed flippant to my concerns and I didn't feel welcome.

I wish that the provider understood as I try to explain my pain…give healthy alternatives or even listen to why I had to search google for alternative methods of care looking for answers to why I’m having such pain, instead I get shut down about having a delayed reaction to the last Covid shot I received…Need to LISTEN to your Patients. It’s My Story and I’m sticking with it because it makes sense as to what is going on with my hand pain it’s called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome…but he didn’t even hear me out. Instead I get a lecture as to why I missed the specialist appointment…I couldn’t afford to go at that time, cost is $50 copay for the specialist and $31 copay just to see him. So I’m very frustrated and felt pushed alongside with a prescription of pills. ? I’m over it!

Dr Johnson made me feel like my concerns were not valid. He didn’t seem to care about my doubts and health concerns or offer any further suggestions. I reached out post appointment three times and did not get a response for over 2 weeks. When blood work shows outside of normal range he addressed none of those and just said he wasn’t concerned but gave no reason as to why.

I didn’t really feel heard and it felt kind of rushed and brushed off. During our meeting the provider looked at his watch and came into my appointment a little later, which limited the time needed to address my concerns.
