Dr Bearss has always been professional and courteous. The nurse Damika was a real joy and made the visit enjoyable

The whole staff is caring for their clients and very much helpful in anything that you need wouldn’t have it no other way nurses make you feel better before the doctor comes to see you it’s like talking to your best friend it’s all confidential and trust. Just keep on working to be the best staff in Rowan County better yet the State ??

This was my first visit with Dr Bears. Therefore I cannot honestly say if I would recommend him to others as I need two further evaluate him. I was impressed that he listened and also when I needed a refill on my prescriptions he was very prompt. These two items are important to me as I am a RN

Specifically Christy and the other nurse (I think her name was Jennifer), made me feel so much more comfortable with my appointment. I have a phobia of needles and they accommodated to that phobia so well physically and emotionally, I felt like I was valued like family. It completely changed my perspective on getting shots and I don’t think I’ll ever dread making an appointment again because of them. Jennifer was the one who actually took my appointment call and she was so sweet on the phone. Dr. Bearss also was phenomenal with squeezing in my last minute appointment! Overall they all were so very understanding and kind.
