Very professional friendly staff - listened well, compassionate and helpful. Great experience especially with a problem of an urgent nature getting in to be seen so quickly as a new patient. Jason Byrd was great answering all my questions and explaining the next steps. Office staff was super patient and helpful with finding an imaging center near where we live (Newport NC) and submitting a referral for testing. Thank you!

I called the Brunswick office originally and left a message on the nurse line to schedule an urgent appointment. A call back from the nurse line explained that due to the Labor Day weekend holiday the office was closed on Friday and I would have to go to the Wilmington office but they would squeeze me in. All though there was some miss communication between the Brunswick office and Wilmington when I arrived, they were not aware of my appointment. Once I was at the location Jay handled it very professionally and he was able to get me scheduled to see Larry Byrd. All the supporting staff made every effort to complete my urgent care visit and schedule future diagnostic appointments.

The Front Desk Team was AMAZING-We had a few laughs, when the gentleman I was working with saw that I was a New York Mets fan. He too was from New York, an absolute gentleman, professional and I could tell he was a key to providing excellent customer service. I apologize I do not remember his name. The doctor I met with was also a class act, he kept me well informed about my test results, next steps to identify my problem. I highly recommend this office. Thank you
