The best.

This was my first time at the Osteoporosis Clinic and I was very impressed. My visit was handled professionally and the staff was very caring. My doctor answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. She gave me information that would help me make a decision about my treatment .

It was a good experience and didn't taketh long. Dr.B was very good at going over everything and very easy to talk to.

While there I fell and hit my nose on the sidewalk. The emergency people took really good care of me and bandaged my nose and took me in a wheelchair to the osteo office where I was treated well. Thankful for the care I received. Thank you very much.

Dr Ologaka (not sure if I'm spelling that correctly) is very professional and knowledgeable. She explains very clearly how the medications work and what needs to be done.

Very nice and clean facility. The whole staff was professional and down to earth. Very impressed.

The provider took a lot of time listening to health issues that are impacting my quality of life, pulling up my MRI pictures and explaining them to me. She understood the severity of reflux after my last infusion and has a plan to review DEXA in July before deciding whether I need another infusion or not. She helped me feel better about my health and available options.

All went great,

Problem was that it took someone over thirty minutes to call back after we left our number …after waiting in queue for 10 minutes. We called at the beginning of our drive to make sure it would not be a problem. After we had sped down the road using the gas we finally get a call and we are told that they make no exceptions…10 minutes. Not even 11 but 10 only. No flexibility from them but they didn’t mind it taking 30 minutes to return a call. That wait was inexcusable. And there was no way to get thru to the actual location..

I am ALWAYS apprehensive about medications!

Loved how my NP reviewed my patient care, made suggestion and suggested that I remain active. She encouraged me to notify her if I had a fall or breakage!!

It was obvious Dr.B had read my chart by the questions she ask about heath problems. Dr. B payed direct attention to me as we communicated about the reason for my being referred to osteoporosis clinic.
