I love Dr. Mercy Moore. She listens to me and always involves me in decisions about my care. Of all my Novant doctors, she is my absolute favorite!

Dr. Moore has always been excellent. She treats me like a real person and I believe she does her very best for me.

Friendly staff

Everyone was nice and respectful. I think once a patient is put into an examination room and if the physician hasn't made contact within a 10-15 minute time frame as a courtesy the patient should be made aware that the physician is running behind for whatever reason so that the waiting patient doesn't feel forgotten about. I had to step out of the room to ask what was taking so long after I had been waiting for 30 minutes after being put in the room

Dr Moore is thorough and takes time to explain complex issues. Office staff are discourteous. On multiple visits I have been told to arrive 15 minutes ahead for the first morning appointment and there is no receptionist at the desk. Staff arrive and walk-by and ignored me waiting. The supervisor chose to argue with me when I expressed my dissatisfaction that this happened on more than one occasion. Also the lab doesn’t open until 8:00am and patients have to wait for them to open. Needs better coordination. Lab staff are excellent. The lab tech apologized for the wait when we told me they would not be open until 8:00am.

I was too happy with the lab tech who drew my blood. He had to stick me more than once because he forgot that he needed an additional tube of blood. I have small veins and it not easy at all to find a vein. So where he stuck me the 2nd time he was not able to get anything which i knew would happen. He then had to go back in the same vein he started with.

Dr. Moore is an exceptional provider in whom I completely trust to give me the best care possible.

Apparently I was mixed up with someone & doctor thought my general provider has reported a problem. Now I have a message in My Chart I am referred to a radiologist. Doctor gave me a good report and did not mention referral
