The staff is awesome ?

Great experience

Office called me the same day that my primary physician asked for the referral and got me in as soon as I was able to schedule. Intake nurse was fabulous and gave me all the information upfront and the follow up calls and notifications were on point I was in and out of the office, relatively quickly. Staff was all amazing.

Novant as a whole disregards the privacy of your personal information By having you check in and give your date of birth and name at a counter in a room full of people. Same when you check out and then people know when you’re coming back for another appointment. Does not seem very private.

Sarah was great. She explained everything to me and answered my questions. She made me feel comfortable about my visit. Sarah gave me an injection to try to help ease my pain. I would highly recommend Sarah and everyone on Dr. Martins team.

I would like to commend an employee in Imaging, Heather, who noticed that I had been sitting in the lobby quite a while and offered me warm blankets (Due to using public transportation I had to arrive quite early for my appointment.)Her care was certainly appreciated!

I felt like I was a patient seeking care- not a number to fill a requirement of patient visits for profitability.

I loved seeing Sarah Bagley, PA-C for this visit. This is my second encounter with her and she is always kind, caring, concerned, and her knowledge is always communicated well and thorough in content. For this visit, she was mentoring/precepting a PA student and I also loved the student as well. It was a joy to be treated by them both. The practice of medicine needs professionals who are likeable and skilled and can relate to people in respectful and meaningful ways. Ms. Bagley is undoubtedly one of those professionals. I wish there were more Ms. Bagleys in the world. She has certainly found her calling and answered it. Hats off to Ms. Bagley for being a great medical professional!
