As I read the notes of the PA I. MyChart I don’t know who he was listening to. His assessment was totally inaccurate. And when he stated no discomfort when touching the hip he never laid a hand on me. Not at all happy as I read his notes. And also I was supposed to see the dr. And it was never even addressed. Never saw him. Abd when appointment was scheduled I was asked if I wanted to see the pa or the dr. Last appointment the dr came in after the nurse and the pa. Not a lot of confidence I. This group at all!!!!!!!

Appt was on time. The appt definitely focused on ME and my needs. I was getting 2 injections which went smoothly. PA was so caring and I KNEW I was his main focus. This was a pleasant and professional visit!

The new Ballentyne facility has very good parking and it’s easier to find your way in the hospital with the welcome staff directions to clinics.

It was great from the time I walked thru the front door as a first time visitor to Ballantyne and was actually escorted upstairs, to the moment I walked out of the building to a friendly wave goodbye. Top flight service by the PA

This is a wonderful facility.

Kyle and the assistant removed my stitches from the surgery for my two trigger fingers. I told him of my inability to lift my right leg or put weight on it to take a step. He told me that I would have an appointment with Dr.Martin in a month for my post op Hand appointment and I should discuss my leg issue at that time. He did advise that because I didn?t have groin pain, he suspected that it was a spine issue rather than a hip issue.

Kyle, PA was absolutely wonderful. I received a gell knee injection and did not feel a thing. He not only was great with my injection, but he was extremely personable, knew what he was doing, superior.

The person I saw name was Jamie, he answered all my questions. The staff at the front entrance was super helpful because I got a little confused. The staff in the office reception area were great in getting me checked in. Would recommend family and friends for sure.

I had no wait, was Xrayed & seen immediately. My injection was completely painless. And I was checking out within 30 minutes. Best appointment in a long time.
