Very professional; very accommodating; very prompt.

My 90 year old mother was the patient. She is wheelchair bound and has dementia. She needs assistance with almost every task. The staff went out of their way to assist her and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The staff checked in on us multiple times and truly made an uncomfortable situation feel okay. The thing that impressed me the most was their GENUINE caring attitude towards my mom. Please make sure that they know how great they made us feel.
