Scheduler did not listen to me when I was told to return a call and ask for Ellenor in Triage. The scheduler would not put me through.

I like the provider encourage it will get better. I was expecting to have the provider come back in the room because I had questions about the paperwork, but a nurse came back and said nothing, except they will call you. I was left dismayed. Do I take my medicine before this test am I going to die on the table what are they doing,why are they conducting this test and what about that paper I signed I had questions.
