I was expecting a phone call from them like I was told they would but I had to call them to set up an appointment.

Dr Romanoski "confirmed" that my humerus was indeed fractured and he advised me as to treatment and re-evaluation in 3 weeks.

The staff and Dr were wonderfully accommodating, fitting me in for an appointment and seeing me very promptly. I was so so grateful for the wonderful care.

Saw 2 people then the Doctor. Each was told same things. The Doc did say what should happen next. I arrived earlier than asked and was seen before I could settle in the chair.

The receptionist was extremely pleasant. Very nice lady. The PA came in first and was very nice and was very knowledgeable. Then the dr came in. He knew I was getting a shot and got right to it. I asked about future shoulder replacement.he then took a good amount of time explaining the surgery from start to finish. He has a wonderful bed side manor. He's very skilled at giving a shot. Love this office.

There does not seem a definite way to heal my torn shoulder but rather just a way to take care of the pain for now. I guess it’s just chronic.

Everyone was so nice and everything was very organized. I got there early. They took me in on time, I met with the x-ray tech, the PA, and the doctor and all were so nice and informative. Front desk people had the biggest smiles ever. I even called the office manager afterwards to mention how nice everybody was and how great that made my visit.

This is a very well run office. All the staff are very professional. Dr. Romanowski was very kind and listened to my issues and gave me a good plan of care. His PA also was excellent.

Dr. Romanowski never makes you wait. He is the most caring and understanding doctor ever. When he sees the problem, he knows exactly what to do. I have seen him for years, first with my shoulder for injections, and then he appeared in the trauma unit when I fell and broke my hip in five places. He put me back together and that is a Praise The Lord. If you need a good surgeon, please call Dr. Romanowski. He always has a smile on his face, and he is an expert in his field of sports medicine.

They got me to a room than I waited for 45 min before I seen the doctor to tell me I was dont need surgery. I could saved the copay he could of told me over the phone

Great doctor

My experience with all staff was great. Words aren’t enough to express the encounter w/Dr. Romanowski. He was very thorough in explaining the x-rays and direct examination findings. Even though I was in extreme pain and discomfort, I was quite uneasy with his suggested treatment for relief. After brief questions/answers of the long-term effect and his assurance that everything would be okay, I decided to go ahead with the treatment. Some noticeable relief, and “over standing” that things would improve over time, I left the office very please.

All staff was excellent. I feel that this appointment didn't solve my problem any more than when I went in. I wish there was more to do from this appointment. I set up appt when I was in strong pain and discomfort. There was a 2 week delay till appt. The day of appt no longer in serious pain. SO what do I do next time? Maybe go to Urgent care while in discomfort. Dr was very courteous, and I feel he was good. Just no further answers.
