This was my first experience at Novant REALLY feeling cared for, valued and listened to. I look forward to my next visit and receiving care and support from the team here. It was the first time I really felt that the care team cared about my pregnancy and showed true excitement for me and my husband.

Everyone in the office was wonderful! The staff was very welcoming and organized. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and patient with me when I had questions and concerns. I felt like my interests and concerns were actually listened to, which is hard to find in a health care setting sometimes. Overall great experience!

All of the staff was lovely! The sonographer was amazing. She was sweet, helpful, and SO knowledgable. 10/10 would recommend her and hope I have her again! The frustrating part of the appointment was that my appointment was at 2 and I wasn’t roomed until nearly 2:40pm and nobody told me about any delay, in fact the board in the waiting room said everything was on time. My other frustration was that I was very nervous and when I met with the doctor she started to talk about more testing and things that could go wrong and it wasn’t until the end of the appointment that I had to speak up and ask about the reason I was there in the first place which I was then finally told everything was healthy. That was the most stressful conversation when I wish the doctor could have led with the good news.

The wait time was 50 min. Last time was the same. Maybe they should be realistic about the capabilities of the facility and schedule patients at a more reasonable hr, instead making them wait. We were paying for a babysitter so that was extra we weren’t expecting

Dr. Odibo is a wonderful provider. She always very detailed and engaged when seeing her. The nursing staff are also very nice and courteous.

Dr Odibo is amazing and I’d recommend her to anyone wanting high quality treatment with a personal touch.
