All staff, from front desk, nurses, lab tech, doctors ect. we're absolutely amazing! I felt like they took the time to understand my medical history and make the best plan for my pregnancy. I look forward to delivering with this office!

Everyone was very friendly

My original PA was supposed to do my procedure but she was out with sick children. I was not notified ahead of time nor offered the opportunity to reschedule which would have been nice. That’s my only complaint about yesterday.

I originally was going to the Women’s Center Ob/gyn because when I was at the ER at LMC they mentioned I might be in very early pregnancy and needed to get checked and was told to go there. I didn’t have a good experience when I was there (couldn’t get questions answered, didn’t feel heard/getting talked over, couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone, nurse practitioner had to keep leaving the room to ask the doctor my questions and never seen the doctor that was answering those questions). But when I came to the City Lake ob/gyn it was the best experience. They were very polite on the phone when I first got scheduled and got me in within a few days. When I got there, Cindy was my nurse and she was extremely helpful. Listened to what I had to say and made me feel safe/welcomed. She had a positive attitude the whole time with me. When I met my CMN Lauren Huggins I also automatically felt welcomed. She also had a positive vibe to her and she answered all my questions/concerns considering this is my first pregnancy and I was very worried about a lot of things (considering I didn’t get munched answered at the wake office). She explained the steps that we would take in this process and also let me know about messaging or calling if any concerns arise. I never felt judged once during my experience here and definitely switching over to the city lake office. Best experience I’ve had in awhile and definitely staying!! Praying everything goes well in my pregnancy, but know that I’m in very good hands with the lord and everyone at this office!

This was my first time there and everyone was very friendly. I’ve been having issues and the cna to the midwife went above and beyond to talk with me. She made me feel comfortable like there was some hope. Dr listened and explained things well and referred me to a specialist.
