Great follow up visit

my appointment with PA went well. She listened to me. Answered my questions about what activities I could resume and what medical procedures I could under go. However the assistant that validated medications, performed ekg, was very business like asking questions but not listening to my responses regarding the medications. Bed side manor needs improvement.

My Nurse was extremely nice!

Mary Jackson is an excellent health care provider. She was caring, attentive and very professional in addressing my health care.

The person who walked me to the exam room, asked medical questions, took vitals, etc. was all business and she seemed rushed and uninterested in my feelings or care. No empathy. It was a very bad start to my appointment.
