This was my our visit with Dr. Adams. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He has a fantastic personality and I would highly recommend him. He saw me and my grandson together. I felt like we were the only patients that he had. Thank you so much for your care. We are both feeling so much better.

Dr. Adams is very knowledgeable and personal. He gives you details about your condition and the medication he prescribes. The entire staff is friendly and seem to enjoy their work.

Sometimes doctors appointments can make me a little anxious or nervous and everybody was great very friendly and made my experience wonderful

I've had such an amazing comfort level with Novant-Health Arboretum especially the past couple years since Dr. Adams' arrival. I feel my overall health needs are addressed there and the entire staff is friendly and courteous while also swift and efficient. They take time to listen to any concern I raise in a professional and caring manner. Having lived throughout the East, the medical care I receive from the Novant staff is among my favorite aspects of living in Charlotte.

Dr. Jonathan Adams provided excellent customer service. He listened to learn about my fall & shared detailed information about my concussion. He took plenty of time with me and eased my concerns even though I am sure he had a busy schedule. I felt seen and heard and helped. Thank you! His nurse proved great service too and listened. Well, my usual Dr. Kyle Pope was out on medical leave, but Dr. Adams filled in admirably. The attending nurse and the lady that drew my blood for testing were wonderful.

I have been going to this facility for years, but that will change after this latest visit. I am extremely disappointed in the staff and their lack of being proactive, helpful, and overall support. The office manager was extremely rude, made us feel less than important. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!

The provider I saw was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He clearly understood my issue and helped me resolve it. The nurse who did my earwax removal procedure was outstanding. She was kind and gentle and had great success.
