Dr. Barnes care was excellent-he explained every facet of the procedure-what he wss going to do during the surgery and what to expect after. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants the Inspire implant. I had little pain after and minimal bruising.

Every one was courteous, Dr. Barnes nurse was pleasant and Dr. Barnes was thoughtful and answered questions that I had doubts about a new medication he recommended because of blood tests was in a potential high risk category, Dr. Barnes explained the pros & cons risk if I didn’t get these levels down. I am one of those people who do not take medication, but I listened to his advice & will start taking a low level dose to see if any change will improve my my health.

My non emergency appointment was the day after I made the appointment-bonus! On time-bonus! Reference to a specialist-contact from them same day-bonus! Great service. Only issues are regarding billing department (takes a very long time to get answers if they need to do any research) and mychart support (never did get a call back from them.)
