I appreciate Nancy and don't know what I would do without her

I appreciate the thoroughness that Nancy James took to try and diagnose my issue. We did not have answers at the end of the visit, but she ordered six vials of bloodwork, EKG, echocardiogram, chest x-ray, everything appropriate from head to toe.

Nancy James was so attentive and had the information I needed. Offered to get approvals and update meds. Lab was efficient and no waiting. Dr assistant was very friendly and thorough in questions and info she needed answers too.

I invited my 2 nieces to come with me to this practice.

I’ve used other Novant family practices as my pcp for years. Sun valley practice is by far the best. All the staff is professional and at the same time, personal. The quality of care from my PA is very high. I’m very happy with the experience.

Friendly and personable

Although I had an interesting morning with delays beyond my control, the staff made it possible for me to see my provider. I was very grateful and thankful for the gesture.

I felt so very satisfied! No long wait everyone was pleasant everyone knew what they were doing . I was totally satisfied. My needs were totally met and then some. Honestly I’d never go anywhere else.

Best doctor visit I've ever had. The receptionist was polite and welcoming and fun to chat with, the nurse assistant was the kindest person, and the doctor was very cool and for the first time ever didn't tey to push any random medical stuff on me. So glad I came here.

The front desk staff should be more personable, at least smile when you are acknowledgi g the patient. I felt like I was being a bother to them checking and at checkout.

The nicest staff at any medical facility I've ever visited. From check-in to my visit with NP Nancy James, everyone was friendly, caring and helpful. NP Nancy James listened carefully to my concerns and asked follow-up questions to clarify before we discussed the possible treatment options. I didn't just get a prescription or orders to follow, we really worked together to find the best plan for me. I left feeling well-informed and empowered to move forward. I've already scheduled follow-up appointments with NP James and would highly recommend her to others.

Moved to NC (Indian Trail) from Maryland in March and finding new primary care was ... after decades w/ our previous provider. I am a BSN RN and was delighted to find an available appt *soon (5 days from when I scheduled) and I now feel I found the best provider for my & my husband's healthcare needs because Nancy James, NP exceeded my expectations. Nancy truly cares, connects w/ patients and spends as much time as necessary (w/ everyone I'm sure)! From the front desk through checkout, all staff provided exemplary care & service. Blessed & grateful to have found this practice, Nancy James & your staff!

I had a good overall experience! they were quick to help! The NP was understanding of my concerns and provided the appropriate feedback. I forgot to check out, but they called later that day and made sure I was provided with a follow up visit! I would recommend this group to others!

Always treated professionally. I have one selfish concern: the practice will grow so large that the degree of personal relationship with my provider will diminish. On this visit both providers were new to the practice. They were excellent, experienced, kind and professional so no complaint.
