Wasn't sure I wanted to keep this appointment, figured I would just go back to my regular doctor and whatever statin he gave me. All those thoughts changed once Dr. Friesema started talking and explaining my situation. She then showed me in detail that my situation wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was. She spent a lot of time talking to me about it. I will continue to see her for this care.

Kim is very knowledgeable in her field and keeps up with clinical trial activity and I feel she applies all of this very well to the care she provides me.

I really love Kimberly! She is cordial and very friendly and easy to talk to.

This was my first visit with Kim and it was a follow up visit after having a heart catheterization. She was extremely knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns. She had the answers I needed and direction for me going forward. She took her time with me and made sure all of my questions were answered, and I was comfortable with the path forward.

I arrived early to the appointment and was seen Fifteen minutes afterwards. Everything went well and fairly quickly.

Dr. was very attentive. She spent about twice the amount of time I expected listening and then explaining my shortcomings that I was bringing up. Explained the testing numbers more thoroughly so I better understood. Made her points respectfully to a point that "I" need to take my health care a little more seriously. Have to stop pretending I'm 35 when I'm almost 70.

I truly appreciate Kimberly listening to me and her extra time. She is very professional, compassionate and I felt like I was treated with respect and concern. She is a great asset for the practice.

My provider, Kim Friesema, is the best. It's that simple. She is accessible, listens carefully, and is responsive. She explains medical issues in detail, is forthcoming with suggestions on improving care, and works with you for your success.

This was the first time there was a wait. I heard the receptionist tell a patient she was new and has been there a month. She did not greet me when I came in, tell me there was a wait but they would be with me shortly. She didn’t say she was on the phone and would be with me shortly since she was on a headset, so she started talking to a patient so I stood there waiting to check in. Luckily, I did the echeck in. This happened last time, which made me check in late for my appointment.

Kimberly was the first person who actually sat and went over my EKG with me. Explained which each bump meant and how the electricity of the heart showed up on the EKG. She explained the flow of the electricity and how the heart responded. Now mind you I have been seeing Cardiologist for over 10 years, and this is the first time anyone ever explained this. Couldn?t be happier!

Everyone at the office is caring and helpful. They make going to the doctor less stressful which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Kim is fantastic. She listens and explains things well. She spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood various aspects of my lab work and put together a easy to follow plan for me. Additionally she doesn't just jump towards medication with my borderline lab numbers but helps to put the lifestyle changes together to help me find sustainable and self help methods for me to take control of my health.
