I saw the PA who was not aware of my condition only through reading the chart. He did agree with me that I should have been seen by the doctor on record instead of him. The PA did know how to get authorization for the upcoming treatment and additional referral and for that I'm grateful. My record shows that I am getting an infusion and that is not true, needs to be corrected. Calls made to the office to get the authorization was never acknowledged that they received my call and request for a call back. I will follow up with the office later this week about the RFS to see if they have initiated the request.

Walker is very professional, knew immediately what my problem was and how to medically fix it. He is very accomplished in what he does. A pleasure to have him take care of me.

Dr Walker went beyond to get me the help i needed. He suggested I needed a blood transfusion immediately ( which I did). My family doctor dropped the ball on this. I was hospitalized for 4 days and received the care I needed. Thankful forDr Walker.

I appreciate the timely manner in which the office was able to get me in to speak to the PA since I could not see a doctor until January and for that I'm grateful.
