Dr Johnson is nice and very thorough. She listens well and tries to help. I just hate she's so nice that it takes a billion months to get an appointment with her.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Johnson, she entered the room with a smile and introduced herself to me, I felt very comfortable with her at the very beginning my visit. She took her time and helped me complete the paperwork I was still working on. She explained to me what the next steps were and she would be doing during my visit. She also explained what steps she may take in the future. Overall my visit was excellent and I look forward to Dr Johnson being my primary caregiver.

The doctors assistant walked out into the hallway and called out my information. I heard her from inside the examination room. She screamed, “She had a Pap smear last year and doesn’t want another one right now. I don’t know what’s the problem.”

Dr Johnson stepped in on day of my original appointment. My Dr Williams was out for scheduled appointment and Dr Johnson met with me and did an excellent job in reviewing my immediate health concerns. I have already received my blood test results and a summary of my visit yesterday. Awaiting for a fellow up call to set up an additional test recommend by Dr Johnson.

I am so glad that Dr Johnson is closer to the area that I live in now takes me less time to get there and I don't have to use the freeway to do so. I really like this convenience.

Dr. Nicole Johnson has an excellent manner with new patients. She carefully explained my current health needs and future goals. She asked about my meds and encouraged me to come back for labs in 6 weeks. I look forward to working with hee to address any questions or issues concerning my health.

Dr Johnson is superb. Even though she changed location, I will follow her whereever as long as she stays in Charlotte. Her assistant Parena is very nice. The staff that I would like to recognize as well is Dinah in the front office. My calendar had 3/11/2024 for my appointment however my correct appointment date is 4/11/2024. Thank goodness Dr. Johnson was available to see me and thanks to Dinah for scheduling me on Monday!

Dr. Nicole Johnson she’s very knowledgeable and very professional the staff are very kindness and professional I feel very blessed visit Novant health.

Dr. Johnson listened to every concern and went over all my blood work with me so that I could understand my health. April in the lab knew I was nervous about blood work and she was so gentle and patient with me.
