Kent Cochran, MD

Particular to the Doctor. He was helpful in explaining the one question I had pre-proceedure. Post procedure when I was dismissed early (thry missed my post exam review) Doctor was dismissive when I tried to relay my symptoms. He wanted his answer so he could move on. I get it, he's busy. Guess what, so am I. I did not have a definitive answer which made him agitated. That feeling was mutual.

Dr Shugart is a very caring and nice person. She helps me with my problems .

He was very thorough and explained everything. Additionally he worked me in for a shot on his busy schedule.

Will recommend to friends and family

They not only treat, they educate and provide the space for getting better.

Dr. Cochran listened to my concerns and problems. He was very compassionate. He explained my treatments needed very well.

I have two complications which Dr. Cockran is dealing with greatly.

Any hesitation in my answering a question was that I did not have enough information for an emphatic response since it was my first visit. I had no obvious negative issues with the visit.

Everyone was great Once we was late like 5 minutes. And they wouldn't do the vaccine in his back that would only 10 minutes. So they have us comeback several later in the month. Which meant another day off of work and drive For5

I have had severe pain for 17 months. The shots I received have really reduced the pain. The Doctor was thorough and quick. I will be calling your office should they come back.

I was very happy with the way I was treated at my appointment yesterday!!! Everyone was so kind and respectful to me from the time I walked through the door until I walked back out the door!!! I had a procedure done yesterday and everything was explained to me from beginning to end!!! I always love going to the Novant in Mt Airy for my procedure because they are always so kind!!!!

I have already recommended this facility to other people. It took me two weeks to get an appt for a spinal injection which is not a terrible amount of time to wait, but because I have been in lots of pain, I was hoping for a quicker appt. I have highly recommended this spine center

The Spine Specialist team is very knowledgeable, careful, and caring.

My experience was positive overall. My only complaint if you will is the approach of the doctor that gave me the spinal epidural steroid shoot. When he was done I felt more like answering: moooo to his: are you ok question. I felt like cattle. Doctors can be very cold at times and forget the human being behind the procedure. Thank you.
