Dr. Cochran is awesome! He listened to all my concerns and questions. He explained what I needed to know in detail that I could understand. His explanations gave me confidence in his knowledge and ability to treat my problem. I will return to him if I have future issues.

I was very happy with the way I was treated at my appointment yesterday!!! Everyone was so kind and respectful to me from the time I walked through the door until I walked back out the door!!! I had a procedure done yesterday and everything was explained to me from beginning to end!!! I always love going to the Novant in Mt Airy for my procedure because they are always so kind!!!!

I have already recommended this facility to other people. It took me two weeks to get an appt for a spinal injection which is not a terrible amount of time to wait, but because I have been in lots of pain, I was hoping for a quicker appt. I have highly recommended this spine center

The Spine Specialist team is very knowledgeable, careful, and caring.

My experience was positive overall. My only complaint if you will is the approach of the doctor that gave me the spinal epidural steroid shoot. When he was done I felt more like answering: moooo to his: are you ok question. I felt like cattle. Doctors can be very cold at times and forget the human being behind the procedure. Thank you.

All the people who work there are kind, friendly, always attentive to what I need, and I make my appointments. The doctor, who has been the same since I started my treatment, carefully explains the treatment to me and always asks me if I am okay, if I need anything, and in the end he always waits to see that I am okay. The nurse who assists him is very kind and also asks me how I am in addition to keeping me calm. and the person who operates the x-ray machine is very patient and kind. It is very nice to come to my treatments. thank you

I have never been more pleased after a medical appointment

The facility had only 2 handicap parking spots and the once in the lobby of the building there were no chairs. My mother-in-law had to sit on her walker while I parked our car. This delayed entry and exit tremendously. Just a thought.

There sometimes is a wait since the office is so busy, but that is to be expected. Apart from that, my experiences have always been great.

Great customer service and passionate treatment.

Dr. Cochran his nurse and the Radiology tech? were nice, the atmosphere was calm which was appreciated as I was nervous. Dr Cochran explained exactly what he was going to do and as he was doing it, told me where he was putting the medicine into my spine. I felt included. I am a person who likes to know such things so that was good. This is a very nice group, I believe Dr.Cochran can help me and I feel positive that he will do his best to!

I needed an additional test performed before my procedure to insure my safety. They were able to find an INR testing machine in w/s and run the test so I could have the procedure as scheduled
