I knew nothing about neuropathy other than suffering for yrs with the pain. Dr Katie Schnapp diagnosed and put together a plan that could help with the pain.

Everyone was friendly and caring from the first moment I walked in until I left the office. Dr Schnapp was amazingly thorough and definitely knowledgeable. She listened to me, which to me was very important. I believe she addressed my concerns, even small ones. Great first visit!

Very concerned that I have to wait 5 months to get the nerve test the doctor recommended. I had to wait 3 months for this appointment, a total of 8 months to be diagnosed is unheard of. What is happening to the medical community??

Great care from staff

The provider was rushed, speaking rapidly throughout appointment. Rapidly enough to not being understood. Also telephoned office & left message after appointment with service for call- back……. 2 days later & have received no call back. All seems rather unprofessional.
