Provider got the main issue done and saw I needed more attention and ordered meds for situation and an appointment scheduled to check my medical issue and called back in a couple days to check on me. I thought the provider was gentle and understanding during procedure.

Katie was very thorough and had a great “bed side manner”. She followed through with everything we discussed.

I was treated extremely well by every person. I am very pleased with my treatment and everyone that I encounter was very kind and helpful

I haven’t had a primary doctor since I was a kid. I’m almost 32 now and I got paired with Dr. Katie Travers. She was amazing and made me feel comfortable right from the start. And that is no easy task for me. I look forward to her being my doctor in the foreseeable future.

Physician Assistant Travers was extremely thorough, and I could tell that she’s passionate about her work and totally compassionate about her patients. I love how she listens to understand, and how she works to give fully informed feedback. She definitely has gained a new patient from me! She’s the type of physician that I’ve been searching for!

Katie Travis is a very caring and respectful person. She listened and explained what I need to do. Plus, set me up for test which would help rule out problems or may give insight to what is wrong. Staff is very friendly and helpful getting appointments for testing.

This by far has been my most pleasant experience with this provider. I arrived early because I was a new patient, I was checked in quickly and didn't have to wait long before I was called back to get ready to see the provider. Wasn't felt rushed or made to feel like I had to hurry. Katie Travers, PA-C took time and listened to my health concerns, all of them. We both made a plan to get me back on track. She is very easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and that is a big plus for me. I actually enjoyed my visit. I feel very confident that Katie Travers, PA-C is handling my medical care. As a whole, Rowan Family Physicians, the team was very efficient, courteous and helpful. I definitely see my future medical care needs will be met.
