Dr Childs and his staff are awesome. I get to all of my appts early, I had the PFT 20 minutes before my scheduled time and saw Dr Childs a full 45 minutes before my scheduled appt. Dr Childs is so great that my father-in-law enjoys going to he him as a patient. Novant needs more doctors and staff like Dr Childs.

Dr. Childs is a wonderful doctor. I have nothing bad to say about this man. Very professional listens to everything thing you have to say and answers everything. Would recommend him to anyone

The lady who administered my hearing test was wonderful. She carefully explained everything everything and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Child's went over my tests and explained how I was doing. The ladies who checked me in and out were friendly and warm

I was a new patient to the practice. Dr. Childs had reviewed my chart thoroughly before my visit and, therefore, was very knowledgeable of my history and family history. After retiring from Northern Virginia and being accustomed to some of the best medical care in the country I can honestly say my experience with Novant and it's providers is far superior! I had my first PFT test and Kelly was my tech. She was so patient with me. She explained each part of the test thoroughly. I'm so thankful for her helping to relax to do my best with the PFT! Dr Carter Childs was so kind and knowledgeable and put my mind at rest explaining the CT of Chest. I was so grateful for two professional's that cared & listen. Nice Doctor and staff

I would just like to say, the Dr. had a very special demeanor. He had a very calming yet strait forward way of discussing everything. His staff was also extremely kind & helpful. I also want to point out the way they worked me in immediately when they found out my situation & how worried I was! I believe a big thank you is in order for the entire staff also what an incredible help one particular young woman was I believe her name was Savannah, I truly hope I?m remembering her name correctly ??THANK YOU?? to the ENTIRE STAFF OF NOVANT PULMONARY and SLEEP skl

Not only was the staff courteous, they had smiles on their faces. Dr. Childs listened and answered all of my questions. I arrived a few minutes early, and the office was running a few minutes ahead of schedule, so I was seen earlier.

All of my interactions with all of the staff and the Doctor was very respectful and professional. I am very satisfied with the care I have received.

I really like Dr. Childs he is very knowledgeable and attentive. He's great. Another person I'd like to tell you about Kelly the technician (I'm not sure her title) that preformed my breathing test. This young lady was also knowledgeable and attentive. She made the test a lot less stressful, she made me laugh, kept me informed with every step. You can tell she enjoys her job. I wanted you and Dr. Childs to know how much I appreciated her, she was a joy.
