I made this appointment to speak to a doctor, which did not happen

Would have enjoyed meeting the actual physician.

My experience was nothing short of marvelous! I was running late but the entire staff from the gentleman giving rides to the hospital entrance, the receptionist, the registration team, and definitely the two MRI technicians that were there at the end of the scan. I felt more than happy with the team!

They treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism and they were supportive and such a joy to be around, from the beginning until the end of my visit.

Everyone from the office to the hospital were nice and had positive attitudes. And I was impressed.

I really liked the PA she was so nice and helpful to me and she answered my question about my spine id definitely recommend her to anyone

Noura Nelson was super,she gave me answers that no one else had do. She explained the X-rays plus showing them as she explained. Plus the staff at this location were super courteous and answered all questions asked.

Getting an appointment for 2 weeks post op has been a challenge. No one can see me for 3 weeks which delays my PT and me going back to work. I will call again and see if someone else can figure it out.

All of the staff are wonderful at this clinic but Noura Z Nelson PA was wonderful! Not only did she sincerely and kindly apologize for the delay, she took the time to answer my questions and provide me with thorough answers. She was extremely knowledgeable and one of the best medical providers that I have experienced.
